The Past
DC Electrical was started by Daniel and Chantelle Swanepoel in 2013. Daniel grew up in Underberg and always had a great passion and interest in the electrical field. He proceeded to be the youngest student to complete his N6 in Electrical Engineering and served his apprenticeship with a local company.
“We take great pride in our workmanship and run our business on Godly principles. We strive to build lasting relationships based on trust with our customers.”
Upon completion of his apprenticeship Daniel chose to embark on an adventure of working for an Earthing and Lightning Protection company which allowed him to travel, working on projects like the new Mercedes Benz C-class production line in East London, and the Illovo sugar mills in Tanzania, learning great skills and leadership qualities.
After a while, Underberg called and Daniel felt the need to move back to his home town and open a business where he could serve his community. Daniel enjoys working in all areas of the electrical field with a special interest in agricultural and solar energy.
